Fantastic cafe on Evington Road. The decor is fresh, the cafe is clean and crisp and the staff are welcoming. We ordered a cappuccino and a cold tiramisu latte and both were excellent. We also tried the focaccia with mushroom and truffle, this was delicious. I normally would try the meat option but was happy trying something different. The bread was spongy, the mushrooms were glossy and cooked to perfection and the flavours were amazing - just the right amount of truffle. The staff were passionate and explained that everything is cooked from scratch on the premises including the focaccia! They said they source the best ingredients and this was evident. The tablets for menus, the smart venue and fantastic food, drinks and service makes me want to return. Highly recommend this cafe. ~ F A

We had such a lovely experience at Tove, and a big part of that was thanks to Sophia. Dining out with a baby can sometimes feel a bit stressful, but she made it feel completely effortless. She was attentive without hovering, and seemed to notice the little things before we even had to ask — whether that was bringing things quickly so we could stay on schedule, or just checking in at the right moments. What really stood out was how comfortable she made us feel having a baby with us. There was no sense of inconvenience at all — quite the opposite, actually. She went out of her way to be accommodating, and it genuinely made the whole meal more relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service that feels so natural and thoughtful. Sophia struck that balance perfectly, and it made a lasting impression on us. We’ll definitely be back. ~ Haleemah A

I’ve been here about 8 times since it opened and it has been consistently excellent across the board. The Hot Honey & Cheese sandwich is up there with one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had; the ingredients are always fresh and generous with the portion sizes. The desserts from French Toasts to the Cheesecakes are delicious. Yet to try the new “viral” puddings. The service has been friendly and helpful during all visits. The only slight feedback I would give is the first few times we came the tea was really flavourful and tasted of spices - since then, the last 5-6 times its a pretty basic. The tea is always fresh and piping hot and served in a mug which is why we still order but unsure why they’ve decided to reduce the flavour. ~ ap7 a

Absolutely loved our experience at Tove ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was incredible – so tasty and full of flavour. We had the beef in focaccia and the brioche with pulled beef, both of which were absolutely delicious. They were also amazing with accommodating our daughters and kindly made a chicken and cheese focaccia especially for them, which they loved. Everything we tried was genuinely so flavoursome. The staff were just as amazing as the food. Zainab looked after our table and truly went above and beyond. She was fantastic with our girls, incredibly friendly, and so accommodating. She gave us great advice on what to order and made us feel so welcome – nothing was ever too much trouble for her. The desserts were also outstanding, with the tiramisu latte being a definite highlight – absolutely amazing! Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Had lunch at Tove recently and came away really impressed. Went for the beef focaccia which was lovely — properly seasoned beef, good bread, just a well put together sandwich. The standout for me though was the Ras Malai pudding. Wasn't expecting much but it was genuinely delicious — creamy with a subtle cardamom flavour and not too sweet. I'd go back just for that, honestly. My friend tried the Tramissue Late, and was singing praises for that too. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, no complaints at all. We had such a lovely experience at Tove, thanks to Farsam. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable. We tried the hot chocolate, Spanish latte, hot pistachio latte, and several other drinks – every single one was delicious and perfectly made. Hot Chocolate is a must try. For food, we had the Korean chicken brioche toast, burrata focaccia, and chicken pesto focaccia, and they were all absolutely amazing. Great service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. I’m a tiramisu fanatic, so when I saw the Hot Tiramisu Latte on the menu, I had to try it. I was not prepared for how absolutely perfect it would be! It’s like drinking the soul of a perfect tiramisu. The espresso is rich and strong, the steamed milk is velvety, and it’s topped with a light, fluffy mascarpone-style foam and a delicate dusting of cocoa. The balance is incredible—not too sweet, with that beautiful hint of marsala-like warmth. It’s decadent, comforting, and utterly unique. This isn’t just a latte; it’s an experience. Ordered the chicken pesto foccacia and the banana french toast thing. Absolutely amazing, best lunch I have every had, the foccacia sandwich was just very nice from the start to finish, it was great. That french toast thing tasted very sweet and ice creamy, super soft, just super nice. Also had a white chocolate matcha, first time having matcha, not sure if matcha is supposed to be super nice, alsways hear about people getting it, it was good but not amazing, it was nice with the white chocolate though. ~ Ahmed K

Absolutely love Tove Leicester Cafe! The vibe is so warm and welcoming, and everything feels done with real care. Such amazing service and delicious desserts! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. Our waitress, Nabiha, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so comfortable throughout our visit. Her warm attitude genuinely stood out and made the experience even better. An absolute gem in gem in Leicester! I finally made it to Tove and it completely lived up to the hype. The chicken pesto focaccia sandwich was incredible, the focaccia is made fresh in-house and you can absolutely taste the difference. Perfectly soft with a gorgeous golden crust, and the filling was generous without being overwhelming. The crunchy karak toast was such a pleasant surprise! I've never seen anything quite like it, crispy, warming, and so innovative. For dessert, the Nutella and strawberry crepe rolls were the perfect sweet finish. The matcha and coffee were both excellent too, clearly they care just as much about their drinks. I ended up going back a second time just to try their puddings, the banana pudding and baked almond croissant pudding were both phenomenal. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between cozy and vibrant. It's the kind of place where you actually want to stay a while. Honestly, if you haven't been yet, do yourself a favour. Tove is doing something special, and Leicester is lucky to have it. ~ Zunaira A

We honestly loved this place 🤍 The tiramisu latte was a standout — rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. The chocolate mocha was equally good. There’s something really special about Tove Café. It’s not just the beautifully made food or the great coffee, it’s the way the whole place makes you feel comfortable and looked after. I came here last night, and i still cannot fathom to forget the taste of the hot tiramisu latte that i had.It was the best coffee i have tasted in a while, sweet and rich in coffee. The vibes were so relaxing and the service was top notch, huge shoutout to Rosie,Farsam and Sophie if i am not mistaken. Went today with my family and had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were served by Aliza and Kate they were both very welcoming, helpful and polite. They gave great recommendations and the deserts were lovely too, we really enjoyed them. I reached out to them on social media as couldn't find the menu or the opening hours. They replied within minutes and sent me a digital menu which was super helpful. We have tried banana pudding and it was simple yet delicious. I think the prices are very affordable too in current economy. Incredible cafe with the best desserts in UK! We got the tiramisu latte and the white chocolate mocha. I have never had drinks so good and flavorful before. The cold puddings were incredible, as someone who loves the original viral magnolia bakery banana pudding, this one is even better. Went here after seeing the café on TikTok and the staff were very kind and friendly. The pulled spicy beef brioche was a really nice twist on brunch food. I took the homemade banana pudding as takeaway and would deffo recommend. Simran, was really lovely and attentive and made sure I had a great dining experience. Really appreciated it :) ~ Mandsxx
